Compensation includes a guaranteed daily minimum of $1,500–$1,800 per day (based on experience) and a tiered production-based compensation model. Providers are compensated on adjusted production, with compensation percentages beginning at 35% and increasing to as much as 45% based on productivity.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
Perform examinations, preventive services, restorative procedures, and emergency treatment as indicated
Educate patients and families on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options
Monitor growth and development and coordinate care with specialists when appropriate
Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans
Collaborate with other providers and team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Eligible for or currently holding dental licensure in the State of Maine
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
