Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants- Penobscot Community Health Care will help you find just the right opportunity in our busy and fun outpatient primary care practices. Explore a variety of primary care locations in Bangor, Old Town, Brewer, or Belfast. Practice as a paneled outpatient primary care provider, or, if you would prefer Walk-in-Care, work as an embedded Walk-in-Care provider in a primary care practice. Opportunities in both service lines are available!

Whether you prefer large or small practices, an established panel or same-day acute outpatient primary care visits in our Walk-in-Care service, the care environments at PCHC are patient-centered and provider-led!

PCHC offers highly inventive programs and many career options
Positions are planned for full-time, 40 hours but ask about part time too
Depending on the service line and clinic, 3-, 4- or 5-day work weeks are options
Most clinic hours are generally 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Very manageable shared primary care call requirement (about one week per year)
No scheduled weekends for most service lines, including Family Medicine
